Angela Hamm, LMT

 

Angela wants to live in a world where stress is easily managed, injuries heal quickly, and clients with decreased pain are the norm.

As a massage therapist, she has practiced since 2005. She started her first massage therapy business, Harrison's Healing Hands, LLC, in Cleveland, Ohio in 2007. 
 

Angela has worked extensively with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a contractor for 7 years, and with the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation for 18 years. She has worked side by side with doctors treating many conditions, aiding healing after surgery, and assisting with pain management.
 

Angela understands emotional and physical trauma and how the soft tissue of the body holds onto it to create adhesions throughout the body. Fascial tissue encases the entire body and, as the spiderweb of life's trauma, it can tighten and continue to tighten from head to toe, which can restrict you from living your best life.


When she’s not massaging the stress and kinks away for her clients Angela, also known as Angie, is passionate about spending time with her grown daughters, Brooke and Ashley (also affectionately called wee Bella), hence the name Bella Brooke Massage Therapy. She cherishes family time above all else.
 

In her spare time you can find her at the beach or in the pool, working out, or jet-setting anywhere her heart and an airplane can take her. This girl loves to travel!
 

Angela has recently returned from an extensive stay in Florida, where she continued her massage practice, and is currently reestablishing her massage therapy business in Avon, Ohio, where she is now accepting both medical and therapeutic massage clients.
 

Angela has traveled on a journey that would make most think twice, but she clearly has always jumped and built her wings on the way down. And if she hits bottom, she always stands back up and tries again.
 

Her motto is 'Don't worry about tomorrow, live for today.' She believes it is important to focus on the now and journey forward while using the past as a guiding light for change. She understands that longing for the past only clutters the life in front of you, and she is fond of saying, 'There is a reason the rearview mirror is small and the windshield large, you can't drive forward looking back.'
